The Tourist Office Convention Bureau:
The Tourist Office Convention Bureau in Clermont-Ferrand is composed of a team of experienced professionals.
 Its work is to assist congress organisers by providing all the necessary information about resources in the town with respect to conference and meeting venues, accommodation, restaurants, visits and activities available.
The Bureau provides general assistance in logistics, investigates bespoke services organises and follows them through the operational stage, all in close collaboration with the organisers.
